I am 15, and around 170 pounds, 5 foot 3 or 4. I want to lose weight. I am very big boned. I think I weigh alot because of my bones. I have also drank 1% or 2% milk all my life. I can't recall a time I have drank only water for longer that a day without having milk. I was wondering what would happen if I started drinking water instead of milk, and how to get myself to do it, since I absolutely do no like the taste of water. Thanks for looking at my question!
