Reliable Philippine-based cheap webhosting?

Is there a cheap and reliable webhosting service to use that is based in the Philippines? I say this because the website I am being hired to create is for a company in the Philippines and so the guy purchasing the webhosting account has to use pesos and not american money. i was thinking about using kidlatz.com but im trying to find cheaper prices. any suggestions are appreciated!
