Paypal payment from peso to other currency?

i have a paypal account and i was just wondering, i saw this item on ebay.ph and i saw some international sellers, and there it say the price of our currency (Philippine Peso) and the real price in dollar or other, so if i have some of money in my paypal account in peso, and i'd buy that thing, which is in dollars, will my Philippine money be converted to dollars? if i eventually buy that specific item? so confusing o_o
