My 3G network mobile Internet is 5 pesos for 15 minutes.?

If I'm using android and Facebook sends me notifications, how much money will that cost? 5 pesos for 1 notification?? 1$ equals 50 pesos. In our country, we don't use 200mb or something like that. Ty in advance. :-)
