My husband is being discriminated in numerous ways at work..help?
My husband works in a call center and with his old manager he had a 15 minute leniency and now that he has a new manager they have taken it away, well with the new manager she was talking about how if hes late or gone again hes fired when with his old manager he oked the lates and absences b/c he was taking our girls to appointments and other things b/c I have a bad back from having two preg. back2back. So now they are saying if hes late or has to leave hes fired, even if its an emergency such as taking our kids to the hospital or something happens to me where my back goes out and I cant get to our infant daughters. When all the absences they are referring to were okayed by the previous manager. They are also talking about him behind his back hes overheard and just degrading him by questioning his knowledge and giving him bad scores on the calls he takes and when he tells them why they are wrong they are like well we'll go over it, like they knew he got higher but were trying to trick him. Im trying to see if there is a way to contact the place where they handle unfair business practices in iowa. anyone know how to do this?
