Where Are Mexicans Now Going?

Due to low USD exchange rate (USD v/s Mexican peso and USD v/s GBP/CAD/AUD strong better exchange rates), US zero interest rates, (no medical and no comprehensive retirement benefits) for US tax payers where are now Mexicans moving?I suppose Canada or UK. Please comment and suggest?
