Get the dental chew sticks for your dogs. You can get it at Wal-mart or a pet store. They will help their breath. Some people also brush their dogs teeth. It could be a disease so if the dental sticks don't help take her to the vet. My toy poodle had something like that and she had to go into dental surgery to save her life and it helped.
