How can I help my parents save money?

I never really noticed my parents struggling with money, but now I do. They recently bought 2 condominiums for my brother, and me when I go to college. I'm still in high school with my 2 younger brothers and we recently moved to a new school. We pay now 3x our old tuition fee, and its making me feel guilty. They transferred us because they wanted us to be in a better environment, even though it means paying more. All in all, I guess we're in a 5 million-PESO debt. For people here in the Philippines, that's a lot to deal with. How can I help my parents save money? I thought about cutting out cable so we won't have to pay for that. What else can I do? Teenagers can't work here
