Why does my dog do this?

I'll go to give her a chew bone and she will walk around very happily to show it off, she wont chew on it until my other dog seems interested in it. When its just her and i in the room she'll sit on her bed until i come over then she'll grab the bone again and look happy while trying to stick the bone in my face. Why wont she eat it and why does she just dance around sticking it in my face.
