How should i tell my boyfriend i was born with a tail?

This is kinda embarrassing but i was born with a defect and my spine and tail bone are longer then they should be, it almost looks like a tail. My boyfriend wants to have sex and i know hes a booty man so its not like he wont see it. should i tell him? what should i say?
