Can salmonella cause a miscarriage?

I may have eaten undercooked chicken yesterday night about 15 hours ago. I feel perfectly fine. I'm 11 weeks pregnant. I know it might be undercooked because I cooked it the time required for thawed chicken instead of frozen chicken (according to the package, they were frozen raw chicken wings). The bones this morning I noticed were red. I ate the chicken in the dark we were watching a movie. But I just noticed the bone color this morning. I feel fine, haven't even thrown up yet like I usually do every other morning because of my morning sickness. If I do have salmonella from eating this possibly undercooked chicken, can it make me have a miscarriage?
