Help me cellphone suggestions please!?

I am searching for good brands of cellphone here in the philippines. And my question is does anyone knew here what model of qwerty phone of myphone(it is the brand) do they have that doesnt cost more than 2000 pesos and with a bluetooth....thanks..this is hard to search but I just got nowhere to ask because my budgets are running low...for I just lost 2 cellphones(yikes!).....
