Help me choose a mountain bike please.?

a bike which is 12,000 pesos(275 US dollar) with full suspension and i'm not sure if it is aluminum or alloy body or a 23,000 pesos(527 US dollar) but with only front suspensions, with the same type of body with some shimano parts? which one is great for rocky roads?
