I am 15 and 5'25 can I grow to 6,0 with a intense exercise? I weight 121 pounds.?

Last summer I grew a hell of a lot, but suddenly stopped and now I'm starting a super intense exercise. 200 laps swimming (1 1/2 h) in the morning and afternoon and 1 hour running in the morning and afternoon, as well. My diet will be 6 healthy meals a day only carbohydrates and proteins, and vitamins at least 2 meals a day. Sleep 10 hours to get a good night rest and drink 3 times a day milk so that my bones get the enough amount of calcium. Could this boost my growth to 6,0? Because honestly I'm kinda short for my age. Thank you :)
