Im looking for foundations,hospitals,NGO's or groups that sponsor/ assist in heart surgeries/procedures?

Good day! My mother underwent 2D Echo and revealed hypertrophy and regurgitation, im not sure where the exact location is. The doctor suggested that she do angiography or even angioplasty. They are asking us to prepare 500,000 pesos which unfortunately we dont have. I would like to ask if you know any foundations,hospitals,NGO's or groups that sponsor/ assist in heart surgeries/procedures in the Philippines or abroad. I am worrying too much for my mother and any information regarding this matter would be highly appreciated! Thank you so much.
