What are my rights on pawned property that is conjugal?

my neighbor has pawned his house to me worth 25,000 pesos we had written documents signed by the barangay officials including him and it is stated in the document that it would be redeemed after 3 months or else I will have the property lately I found out that it is their family's property so I ask them to gave me back my money with the corresponding 10% as stated in the document and they refuse to do so.Do I have any claim on this property?
