Would pregnancy symptoms be different while on antidepressants and BC?

I know i am not suppose to take prozac while pregnant, but would the symptoms be different? i am getting a test later today or tomorrow, but i wanna know if anyone else got pregnant while on the pill and prozac or anyother type of antidepressant. I didn't have many symptoms with my first, the major one i noticed was mood swings but since i am taking prozac it might affect that. i have been cramping all down across the lower part of my belly right above my pubic bone, had major discharge and have been really really thirsty. Not hungry though. I don't know if i am peeing more since i am drinking more than normal.
