Brain tumor or Mad?? ?

Hi i'm 21 years old i don't kno wether i am just paranoid but for the past couple of months i have been getting headaches all the time i am now getting stabbing pains in different places over my head, sore into my face ( nose cheek bones ) when i lran forward tgere seems to be sum sort of clicking pulsing feelin in the back middle of head my nose is also like i have a cold for few weeks now i get dizzy occasionaly and i can smell burning rubber now and again when no1 else can could this be a brain tumor or sinus or stress please give me sum answers i am going to docs 2moro but would like to hear some opinions my bfd thinks its all in my head ??
