I this TMJ or something else?

Ok well I was about to fall asleep until ran my hand over my face. Well there's a bone bulging out right below my temple in front of my ear. I don't have trouble opening and closing my mouth, but I just noticed it so it might hurt later. Earlier today I felt dizzy and nauseous like I was going to throw up. I looked it up and it sounds like TMJ. I'm not a doctor but maybe somebody out there has some wisdom on this. Oh and I yawned a moment ago so maybe it's nothing. It hurts when I touch the bone also. Some people claim their jaw makes a sound when the open and close their mouth, mine makes no noise. But it might later so idk.
