I was in a car wreck seeking lawful help?

was in a car wreck had to do three months of therapy on my neck and back whip lash spring in my neck bone and nerve damage they documented in the records i would have problems the rest of my life from a drunk driver hitting me in the rear end i was insured so was the drunk that hit me i have a lawyer but he wont even call me or take my calls some people are telling me i wont be seeing any money out of this case can i please get some other opinions on this and an estimate of what it might be worth?thanks
