My dad beats me every day!?

my dad beats me beacuse i dont work and for example: he says to clean my room and i do and then the next day i dont he beats me beacuse he wants me to do everything he says without him telling me again and im ONLY 13 oo he also beats me cus dont work here in mexico theres a bunch of really exhousting jobs to do that only pays up too 100 pesos a day wich is like 8 bucks i think.. and i just stay here on my computer watching youtube soo yea he doesnt like that iether and he beats me with a belt... so yea can you ppl give me advice on wat to do or what to say to him or does he have a point in beating me.
